The sand blasting machine/ shot blasting machine/ abrasive blasting machine is used for finishing process has been successfully utilized on metals, glasses, plastics & stones. Its functions include Deburring, descaling, peening, polishing, stress relieving, Deflashing and cleaning. Portable abrasive blaster pressure feeds the system of abrasive/ media/ grit propelling and results in higher production rates. The pressure vessels are tested to 250 psig. It is equipped with best quality hose. The remote control ON / OFF is in operators' hand called dead man handle & requires no electricity for operating of blasting machine.

Wet Blasting Cabinets

Wet blaster works on induction-suction principle of blasting. It is self-contain System which uses slurry of abrasive media & water to, descale , clean and degrease surfaces in a single operation. Fine abrasive particles are suspended in water and then pumped to a nozzle as slurry. The slurry is introduced into air-stream and propelled against the job , at the nozzle. The process is free of dust and is close-loop. Water acts as a buffer between metal & media to cushion the shock on delicate components. In this method cabinet hopper contains the slurry of abrasive and water(liquid). The slurry is continuously agitated to ensure a through mining of the abrasive and the liquid. slurry is drawn up by pump through flexible pipe to the nozzle of the blast gun. Where it is propelled by compressed air to increase the velocity. The hopper like bottom of blast cabinet, collected fired slurry from nozzle. From where it is passed to slurry pump for recycling. In blasting chamber provide valve , which controlled the quantity of slurry to the blast nozzle. After wet blasting, washing gun will be provided for cleaning of job. Wet blaster machine is useful in tool room to remove feather burrs from multi tooth cutting tools such as milling cutters, taps eliminating hours of hand honing time and broaches. The machine surface can be treated without damage to sharp edges and exact tolerances.

An economic model recommended for small tank capacity 42 litres.
Tungsten Carbide Nozzle is of 5 mm,

A medium capacity model recommended for jobs like Metals, Welding, Castings, Stones.

For Commercial blaster for moderate to heavy blast cleaning on structures, pipes etc.
Tank capacity 142 litres.
Tungsten carbide nozzle measures 8 mm.

The blast hose 25 mm with length 7.5 meters.

Model: AIRO P7-1000R

A high capacity model recommended for higher output on jobs like vessels, structures, pipes etc.
Tank capcity 284 litres.
Tungsten carbide nozzle measures 10 mm.

The blast hose 32 mm with length 10 meters.
Its cleaning rate is 15-19 meters.

Pressure Blasting Cabinets

Pressure blaster works on the direct pressure principle of blasting. When high abrasive velocity produce by pressure blaster which results in completing the job at a faster rate. A pressure vessel, bolted below a hopper of a cabinet for automatic abrasive refilling arrangement. For high efficiency of dust collection, a tubular fabric bag dust collector, with generous filter area is attached with the cabinet as standard feature. A manual shaker is provided for shaking. The pressure blaster is recommended for fast cleaning, removal of corrosion and heavy rust using coarse abrasives. All types of coarse and medium sized abrasives can be used depending on the application.

Tumble Basket
Tumble Basket is suit cabinet size and mounted on side door of cabinet. Tumble basket is easily removable when not needed. A timer is used for controlled blast period. It is suitable for automatic batch blasting of smaller parts such as tools, screws, nuts, rings, balls, etc.

Remote Control System
It places complete ON / OFF control of the machine in the hands of the operator at blast nozzle. It saves abrasive consumption when operator changes position or performs spot blasting and provides added safety to operator and other personnel in the area. Machines fitted with remote control system are designed with "R" such as P7-301R, P7-1001R and so on.

Suction Blasting Cabinets

Super Blaster works on induction-suction principle of abrasive delivery.Suction blaster is recommended for light and medium sized components where the surface is to be cleaned. Suction Blaster is the simplest and most effective way to remove corrosion and old paint. Super Blaster is useful for heat treatment shops, tool, dye and mould makers and shot peening of light metal components etc. When the cabinet and power module are correctly set-up, the cabinet is ready for operation by actuation of the foot pedal. air to flow through the blast gun , when Fully depressing the foot pedal. Air moving through the gun draws media into the blast gun mixing chamber. The media mixes with the air and is propelled out the nozzle. After striking the object being blasted, the blast media, along with fines, dust, and byproducts generated by blasting, fall through the grate into the cabinet hopper for separation , the particles are drawn into the reclaimer. Dust and fines are separated in the reusable blast media , then media is screened of oversize particles, and returned to the reclaimer hopper for reuse. Dust and fines are drawn from the reclaimer into the dust collector which traps the dust. Discharging clean air , when the foot pedal is released the blasting stop.

TUMBLAST TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE: 

  •  Tumblast machine  is principally an endless belt that is contrived in such a  way that the material to be blasted is cupped in the well  that is formal as shown in fig. In operation, belt conveyer is moving in a direction as shown. The work piece therefore climbs up with the belt & tumble foreword constantly exposing itself to the blast stream from all sides. Reversing the mill discharges the work pieces there by unloading the same suitable for mainly small ridge components.
  • The machine can be equipped with mechanical/hydraulic loader unit and can be automated as per requirement.
  •  The tumble blast design is the most cost effective solution for batch deburring, descaling and deflashing of castings, forgings, die castings and automotive parts.
  •  Our machines are fully integrated blast systems that are designed for ease of installation and operation and require minimal floor space.
  •  Tumble blasts gently tumble the parts to be cleaned in a blast chamber formed by an endless rubber mill belt.

HANGER TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE: 

In HANGER TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE, component will be hanged on hanger, job will be rotate. The machine is available in different sizes and different types. Number of Blast Wheels increases according to the job size and no of work pieces. The machine is available in different capacities and different models.

TABLE TYPE SHOT BLASTING MACHINE: 

Airo Shot Blast manufactures single table and multi table shot blasting machines for processing sensitive components that only need to be blasted on one side, as well as complex, heavy or large parts that cannot be processed in bulk load by tumble belt or spinner hanger machines.

Airo Shot Blast manufactures standard table blast machines with 1 or 2 plates each with a diameter range of 750 mm to 3200mm.

Those with two doors have the advantage of reducing the loading / unloading time - while a part is being blasted another component may be loaded for blasting in the next cycle.

The abrasive is propelled by high performance blast wheels. The number of wheels in each machine depends on the size of the machine and the components to be blasted. When the abrasives thrown on job/ work piece by blast wheel then after abrasive fall bottom of cabinet, which is again recycled by blast wheel through media separator.  

ROTARY BARREL TYPE SHOT BLASTING

  • Rotary Barrel is used for Shot Blast Cleaning of small or medium size components at the lowest possible cost.
  • This is ideal Machine used for small Components.
  • The Production is cleaned in a batched quantity.
  • This is the smallest & most economical shot blasting machine.
  • Very less space is required for installation.
